FRAUD ALERT: SPOOFED PHONE CALLS

Circle Federal Credit Union has been made aware of fraudulent phone calls that appear to come from our phone number. Scammers may claim there is suspicious activity on your account and ask for your credit or debit card number, PIN, online banking credentials, or Social Security number. 

 

Please remember: Circle Federal Credit Union will NEVER call you and ask for your full card number, PIN, or Social Security Number.

 

If you receive one of these calls, hang up immediately, do NOT provide any personal or account information, and call us directly using the phone numbers listed on our website. Your security is very important to us. If you have any concerns about your account, please contact us directly.

With It’s Me 247 Online Banking, you can keep in touch with your Circle Federal Credit Union accounts any time, from any place life takes you! If you have a computer and a connection to the Internet, you can use It’s Me 247 Online Banking to check balances, transfer money, and stay connected with your credit union accounts around the clock.

All you need to use It's Me 247 Online Banking is:

  • Connection to the Internet through an Internet Service Provider (ISP).
  • Internet browser software, such as the latest version of Internet Explorer or Firefox.
  • The browser must use a minimum of 128bit encryption. To check the encryption level, from the Help menu, choose About... and look for a cipher strength of 128-bit strength.
  • The browser must have JavaScript enabled, and the privacy settings must allow session cookies.
